前牙美学区种植义齿临时冠牙龈成型的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过2002年6月～2003年4月近一年的临床实践,对美学区种植义齿瓷冠修复前制作临时树脂冠进行牙龈压迫成型,验证其临床效果及美学意义。方法:56名患者(36女20男,平均年龄28.5岁)前牙美学区植入德国Camlog和国产MDIC种植体,种植Ⅱ期术后先临时冠修复,做牙龈压迫成型,2～3月后再行永久瓷冠修复。结果:临时冠做牙龈压迫成型后,基台周缘的龈边缘成型良好,更接近自然牙齿状态,患者对最终的瓷冠修复效果均非常满意。结论:种植义齿瓷冠修复前进行牙龈压迫成型,可增加种植义齿龈缘美学效果,而且有其明显的优越性。Objective About one year clinical study to evaluate esthetics of maxillary anterior single implants with provisional crown to gingival forming. Methods 56 patients were included in this study, 31 Camlog implants and 16 MDIC implants were inserted into alveolar. After healing abutment been removed, provisional crown immediately fabricated,finally the definitive superstructures were placed. Results Using provitional crown to gingival form for 3~4 months, definitive ceramic crown and gingival are similar to natural teeth,the effect of esthetics is perfect, All patients were satisfied with the esthetic outcomes. Conclusion Before restoring definitive ceramic crown, fabricating provitional crown to gingival form can achieve success in the anterior maxillary esthetic zone.
