摘 要:目的:研究硒芪合剂对实验性大鼠肝脏酶学及肝脏病理的影响,并与复方益肝灵进行比较。方法:采用化学毒物四氯化碳致大鼠肝脏损伤后,用硒芪合剂与复方益肝灵予以治疗。结果:硒芪合剂能显著降低大鼠血清GOT、GPT、GGT及LDH,同时也能降低PCⅢ、LN、HA等。显著减轻肝脏浊肿、空泡变性、脂肪变性及肝纤维化。结论:硒芪合剂对大鼠实验性肝损伤有明显保护作用而且优于复方益肝灵。Objective To study the effect of selenium mixture on hepatic enzyme and hepatic pathology of model rats and to con-trast it with the effect of co-legalon.Method Using chemical CCL4to produce hepatic injury in the model rats,then treating the in-jured hepatic cells with selenium mixture and co-legaion.Results The results showed that selenium mixture greatly decreased the values of GOT,GPT,GGT and LDH in the rat's serum as well as the level of PCⅢ,LN,HA etc.It also alleviated cloudy swelling,vacuolar degeneration,fatty degeneration of liver cells and the degree of liver fibrosis.Conclusion The experiment showed that the selenium mix-ture has an obvious protective effect on the liver injury of the model rats.It is even better than that of co-legalon.
