摘 要:目的 了解兰州市中学校园侵害的现实状况,制定科学而有针对性的预防校园侵害措施,为青少年提供健康、安全、良好的成长环境。方法 调查兰州市24所普通初级、高级中学教室设备、卫生状况,评价无意侵害行为。同时抽取其中1所初级中学初二年级全体学生进行问卷调查,调查学生在校侵害经历及学校教学设备卫生不良感受。结果 被调查的学校都不同程度地存在着校园侵害现象。无意侵害在校园内普遍存在,79.17%的学校由于班级人数过多造成教室内课桌椅布置无法达到国家标准,影响学生出入活动,致使学生上课时正常教育受顾机会减少。有意侵害呈现明显的性别差异,发生情况男生多于女生(P<0.05)。结论 有针对性地开展校园干预教育,对提高学生自我保护意识非常必要。Objective To study the status of school infraction in Lanzhou, to take scientific and pertinent measures to prevent the infraction in school, and to provide healthy and safety environment for the adolescents. Methods Firstly, classroom equipments, hygienic status and unintentional infraction behaviors were investigated. Then all the students of grade 2 from a senior middle school were chosen to investigate their school infraction experiences and uncomfortable feeling about school hygienic equipments. Results School infraction existed more or less in the school surveyed, especially the intentional infraction. About 79.17% of the schools' desks and chairs did not reach the national standard because of too many students in the class, which affected the activities of students and reduced students' education chances. The incidence of intentional infractions in boys were significantly higher than in girls( P < 0.05) .Conclusion It is necessary to implement school intervention education to improve the self-consciousness of the students.
