摘  要:护理人力资源的合理配置与使用是护理人力资源管理工作的一项重要内容。本文结合我院实际 ,从定编定岗工作入手 ,通过对护理工作量的调查和护理人员、岗位编制的测算 ,护理管理人员编制标准的制定 ,以及护理人才的聘用和培养等 ,全方位、多层次地探索和研究护理人力资源管理工作的新思路。实践证明 ,科学测算各科室护理人员编制和岗位职数 ,明确护理岗位的内涵 ,制定护理管理人员和专业技术人员的聘任标准和岗位职数 ,合理配置护理人力资源和科学排班 ,可以有效提高工作效率和效能 ,进而提高服务质量 ,增强医院的竞争力。Reasonable allocation and utilization of nursing human resources are important contents of nursing management. The authors introduced their nursing management experience about reasonable designated nursing staff capacity and reasonable designated nursing post capacity. They examined the nursing working quantity, budgeted both the number of nurses and the nursing posts, built the nursing management staff post capacity standards, and clarified how to cultivate nursing staff, etc. Their experiences suggested that calculating the nursing post capacity in every units in advance scientifically, allocating nursing human resource reasonably, and arranging work-shift logically were vital measures to improve the working efficiency and working pot as well as to elevate the quality of nursing care, strengthening the competition ability of the hospital.
