“慢性结肠炎”局部免疫研究

摘　　要：本文利用免疫荧光技术和单克隆抗体,对“慢性结肠炎”结肠粘膜中的B细胞、辅助性T细胞(Th)和抑制性T细胞(Ts)进行了定量研究。结果提示:IgA抗体分泌细胞是结肠粘膜中优势B细胞,慢结组中IgA浆细胞和Th细胞较正常组减少,而IgM和Ts细胞较正常组增加,但无显著性差异。上述各类细胞数于慢结组和IBD组间有显著性差异。Th/Ts值于正常组、慢结组、IBD组间依次递减,表明:Th/Ts变化可能是IBD组局部免疫紊乱的主要因素。To investgate local immunity in 'chronic colitis', the 'numbers of IgAJgM and IgG producing cells and numbers of helper T cells and suppressor T cells were assessed by immunofluorescence technic to tissue sections of collonic mucosae from 7 patients with 'chronic colitis', and 3 patients with inflammatory bowel diseased active ulcerative colitis patients, 2 chronic ulcerative colitis patients) and 3 controls. The result showni IgA was dominant Ig in colonic mucosaei in 'chronic colitis' group, IgA plasma cells and Th cells were decreased and IgM, IgG plasma cells and Ts cells were increased, but the results were not significantly difference compared with normal centrol group (P>0. 05). Meanwhile compared with IBD group, there was significant difference (P<0. 01). Th/Ts ratio, in control group, is 2. 5. in chronic colitis it is 1. 191 in IBD, it is 0. 97. Suggesting, with Th cells decreasing and Ts increasing, local immunity abnormal developed gradually.
