软件学院人才培养目标与措施探讨

摘　　要：分析了省级示范性软件学院人才培养应遵从的素质与能力、需求与就业以及软件技术知识三个层次的目标 ,从教学管理、教学方法、教学模式、师资队伍建设等五个主要方面 ,阐述了为实现既定目标所应采取的措施 .By analyzing on the quality, the abilities, the de ma nd, the employment and the differences between the three levels of the purposes of software technology of the demonstration software college, the author present s some approaches to achieve the aims in the aspects of: education management, t eaching technology, teaching mode and the teacher.
