摘　　要：针对当前编组站管理信息系统的运用情况和存在的问题,提出编组站管理信息系统中作业计划监控系统的结构和实现方法。通过改善人工作业条件,实现跨部门协调指挥,加强了车站与机务段、车辆段之间及时准确地联系,从整体上提高了作业效率,保障了作业安全。Concerning the current application situation of marshalling stationMIS and its existed problems, the paper brings forward the structure of work plansupervision and control system for marshalling station MIS and its realizationmethod. With the improvement of working condition for manual operation, thecoordinated control is achieved among different departments; the punctual andprecise communication among station, locomotive depot and car depot isenhanced; the work efficiency in a whole is improved and the safety of work isguaranteed.
