透明角膜切口白内障手术后的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的　评价透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法　对 3 2 8眼白内障在表面麻醉下施行上方或颞侧透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入手术。结果　术后视力恢复迅速 ,术后 1周时视力 >0 5者达 78 9%～ 80 6% ,并趋稳定。结论　透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术可以在表面麻醉下进行 ,具有组织损伤小 ,切口易愈合 ,术后视力恢复快等优点。上方或颞侧透明角膜切口术后最佳非矫正视力差异不显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification with PC-IOL implantation by corneal incision.Methods Phacoemulsification with PC-IOL implantation was performed on 328 eyes by upper cornenl incision or temporal corneal incision under surfacial anesthesia.Results 1 week after operation,the best uncorrected visual acuities were 0.5 or better in 78.9% and 80.6% eyes respectively.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with corneal incision and PC-IOL implantation can be performed under surfacial anesthesia.It offers the advantages of rapid rehabitation of visual acuity,a less damage of tissue and the incision is easy to cure.There is no different statistically significant between the two incisions.
