摘  要:目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在局灶脑缺血边缘区表达的动态变化及其意义。方法:采取线栓法建立局灶脑缺血模型,根据缺血时间分为1h、3h、12h、24h组,RT-PCR法检测HGF的表达及其动态变化。结果:缺血1h脑缺血边缘区即有HGF的表达,且随着缺血时间的延长其表达逐渐增强,24h尤为明显。结论:HGF在局灶脑缺血诱导的高表达可能在脑缺血损伤组织的保护及修复过程中起重要作用。Objective:To study the induction of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in rat brain after focal cerebral ischemia. Methods:Rats were divided into 1h,3h,12h,24h groups according to ischemic time. The ischemic model was established with the method of embolizing with thread. Expressing of HGF in the ischemic penumbra region was observed with the method of RT-PCR Results: At 1h after focal cerebral ischemia neurons in the ischemic penumbra region slightly expressed HGF and the express continued to increase until 24h. Conclusion: the high expressions of HGF in rat brain might play an important role in the protection and repair of the damaged tissue induced by focal cerebral ischemia.
