摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性肿瘤转移与红细胞免疫缺陷之间的关系。方法:复制小鼠红细胞免疫缺陷模型和结肠癌细胞脾移植肝转移模型,观察红细胞免疫功能指标红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率、红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力及氧自由基指标超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛与实验动物大肠癌肝转移的关系。结果:不同模型组动物接种瘤细胞后均发生了不同程度的肿瘤转移情况,其中以发生红细胞免疫缺陷后接种肿瘤细胞组转移最为严重,与正常情况下接种肿瘤细胞组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氧化与抗氧化功能也出现异常,以发生红细胞免疫缺陷后接种肿瘤细胞组最为严重,与正常情况下接种肿瘤细胞组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在红细胞免疫功能障碍状态下,肿瘤的转移会加重。低硒及氧化抗氧化功能异常与红细胞免疫功能障碍有密切关系。Objective: To explore the relationship between the metastasis of malignant tumor and erythrocyte immunodeficiency. Methods: Two kinds of mouse model were replicated. One is the model of erythrocyte immunodeficiency, another is the model of colonic cancer with liver metastasis established by splenic transplant of murine colon carcinoma 26. To observe the effects of abnormal erythrocyte immune function on liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma in the laboratory animals. The indicators of observation include erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette, erythrocyte immune complex receptor rosette, the capability of erythrocyte immune adherence to tumor cells, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA). Results: Tumor metastases at different degree were observed among all groups of mice inoculated with tumor cells, in which the erythrocyte immunodeficiency group was significantly different from other groups (P<0.05). Abnormal function of oxidation and anti-oxidation was also observed among all groups of mice inoculated with tumor cells, in which the erythrocyte immunodeficiency group was significantly different from other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tumor metastasis is very obvious in the state of immune dysfunction of erythrocyte. Low level of serum selenium and abnormal function of oxidation and anti-oxidation were associated with the immune dysfunction of erythrocyte.
