摘　　要：目的　探讨以颊脂体作填塞材料修复颌面部缺损的解剖学基础。方法　在肉眼和解剖显微镜下行剥离观察 3 0侧成年男尸颊脂体。结果　颊脂体形态为长条片状 ,纵中轴长 5 6.4mm ,平均体积 860 0mm3,填充于颊间隙、翼下颌间隙、颞下间隙和翼腭窝内 ,转动时蒂血管的颊脂体动、静脉位置恒定 ,长 19.4mm。Objective To investigate the anatomical basis for the repair of the defects in neck and face parts with the buccal fat pad as the filling material. Methods Buccal fat pads for 30 sides of adult cadavers were observed macroscopically and microscopically. Results The buccal fat pads were usually in the shape of strap with 56.4 mm in longitudinal axis length and 8 600 mm 3 in volume. The buccal fat pads could fill in the buccal space, pterygomandibular space, infratemporalis space, and pterygopalatine fossa. The artery and vein of the buccal fat pads were at a fixed position and the average length was 19.4 mm long. Conclusion The buccal fat pads can be used as the filling material for the repair of the defects in the neck and face parts.
