保留乳房的改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨保留乳房改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法　回顾性分析本院 1997年 2月至 2 0 0 3年12月手术治疗的 12 8例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌病例。行保留乳房的改良根治术 76例 ,传统改良根治术 5 2例。术后均辅以放疗、化疗或内分泌治疗。结果　保留乳房改良根治组患者术后并发症发生率低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而生存率和复发率和传统改良根治组无明显差异 (P>0 0 5 )。结论　保留乳房改良根治术是治疗早期乳腺癌的合理外科方法 。Objective To investigate the clinical value of breast-conserving therapy (BCT) for treatment of early breast cancers. Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with Ⅰ- and Ⅱ-stage breast carcinomas undergoing surgery from February 1997 to December 2003 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. BCT with lumpectomy and modified radical mastectomy were performed in 76 and 52 cases, respectively. All the patients received adjuvant treatment such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or endocrine therapy. Results Lower postoperative complications (P<0 05) were found in patients undergoing BCT with lumpectomy. There was no significant difference in survival rates and recurrence rates between patients undergoing BCT with lumpectomy and those undergoing modified radical mastectomy. Conclusion BCT together with lumpectomy is a reasonable surgical procedure for early breast cancers, which can improve the life quality of patients with breast cancers.
