大肠癌组织中肺耐药蛋白和多药耐药相关蛋白的表达及临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的 :检测肺耐药蛋白 (LRP)和多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)在 6 0例大肠癌组织中的表达 ,探讨其与组织学类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化S -P法 ,检测 6 0例大肠癌组织 ,10例正常大肠粘膜中MRP和LRP的表达情况。结果 :MRP、LRP在 6 0例大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为 6 8.3%和 70 % ,均高于正常大肠粘膜中阳性表达率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在各组织学类型之间的表达无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,不同浸润深度及是否有淋巴结转移间表达率无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :MRP、LRP在大肠癌中均呈高表达 ,在大肠癌原发性多药耐药中起重要作用 ,这可能是大肠癌对化疗不敏感的原因之一。Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of MRP and LRP in carcinoma of large intestine.Methods:Immunohistochemistry is used to examine the MRP and LRP expression in 60 cases of large intestine carcinoma and 10 cases of normal large intestine tissues.Results:The positive expression rates of MRP and LRP in the 60 cases of large intestine carcinoma are 68.3% and 70% respectively and are all significantly higher than those in normal large intestine tissues ( P <0.05).The expression of them has no discrepancy between different depth of invasion or between lymph nodes with metastasis or without( P >0.05).Conclusion:MRP and LRP are both highly expressed in large intestine carcinoma and play an important role in the primary multidrug resistence(MDR) of large intestine carcinoma.
