摘 要:目的 探讨在低强度幕罩眩光源下近视眼是否存在失能眩光。 方法 测定正常人30例50眼、低度近视29例48眼、中度近视53例80眼、高度近视50例80眼在白天及夜晚状态下有无眩光时的对比敏感度并计算眩光失能值。结果 有无眩光时对比敏感度函数相比较,高度近视组白天仅在1.5及6 cpd处差异有显著性,有眩光时CS增高,夜晚则仅在3 cpd及18 cpd处有眩光时CS显著降低。在夜晚状态下3 cpd处高度近视组眩光失能值明显高于对照组及低中度近视组。 结论 在低强度幕罩眩光光源条件下,夜晚高度近视眼存在失能眩光。Objective To investigate whether disability glare happen or not in myopia under the low intensity of veiling glare source. Methods Contrast sensitivity without and with glare source was detected in 48 eyes of low myopic group (<-3. 00 D) ,80 eyes of medium myopic group (-3.00 D to -6. 00D) ,80 eyes of high myopic group (> -6. OOD) and 50 emmetropic eyes using OPTEC 3500 Vision Tester,and the glare disability score was calculated. Results Significant difference in contrast sensitivity with glare and without glare was only found at 18 cpd in the daytime and 1.5 cpd at night in low myopic group,and significant difference was found only at 3,6 and 18 cpd in the medium myopic group in the daytime,while at 1. 5 and 6 cpd in the high myopic group in the daytime. The contrast sensitivity with glare was higher in comparion with that without glare. However,it was significantly lower at 3 and 18 cpd at night in high myopic group. Significant differences in glare disability score were found only at 3 cpd at night in high myopic group compared with other groups. Conclusion There is no disability glare in low and medium myopic,but there is disability glare in high myopic eye at night.
