摘 要:目的 通过寻找家族性高度近视的像差特点,探索其像差由遗传因素决定的可能性,分析异常像差在近视发生中的可能作用。方法 对家族性高度近视、单纯性近视、正视眼共155例进行像差检查,比较各组间像差的差别。结果 家族性高度近视组与单纯性高度近视组,在屈光度相似的条件下,前者的整体像差明显高于后者;在各阶和各项像差的比较中,家族性高度近视表现为高阶像差(第6、7阶)和第5项像差的明显增高。而在单纯性近视组低、中、高度近视的像差比较中,去除第2阶散光像差后各组整体像差无显著差异。 结论 先天性高像差可能是家族性高度近视发生的原因之一。换言之,先天性高像差也许是家族性高度近视发生的遗传标记。Objective To investigate the characteristics of wave-front aberrations in hereditary myopic individuals and explore the possibility of controlled-characteristics by genetic factors. Methods Wave-front aberrations were measured in both eyes of 155 subjects,including hereditary myopia group, simple myopia group and emmetropia group, respectively. Overall wave-front aberration, each order and each term of Zernike aberration in different groups were analyzed by Statistics package for social science (SPSS) for Windows statistic, software system. Results Under the same level of refractive error,the mean RMS(Root Mean Square) value of overall wave-front aberrations was greater in the hereditary high myopia group than that in the simple high myopia group. There were significantly greater value of high order (6th and 7th order) wave-front aberrations and increased term 5 value in the hereditary myopia group. Conclusion Abnormalities in specific wave-front abnormal ocular aberrations probably are innate factors,which play an essential role in the development of hereditary myopia.
