摘　　要：目的　研究p2 7kip1在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法　应用免疫组化SP法检测胃癌组织中p2 7kip1的表达。结果　本组 5 8例胃癌中 ,p2 7kip1的阳性率为 5 0 % ,1 2例胃良性病变中p2 7kip1的阳性率为 1 0 0 % ,p2 7kip1与胃癌的组织学分类、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分级均呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　胃癌p2 7kip1蛋白表达降低与肿瘤低分化和肿瘤进展有关 。Objective To study the significance and the expression of p27 kip1in gastric carcinoma. Methods Histochemical SP was used to detect the expression of p27 kip1in gastric carcinoma. Result The positive rate of p27 kip1expression in gastric carcinoma was 50% and 100% in stomach benign disease respectively.p27 kip1expression level was correlated with the degree differentiation,histological grade, invasive depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P<0.05). Conclusion The reduced expression of p27 kip1 is significantly associated with the poor differentiation and progression of gastric carcinoma.It may be an important factor for prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
