摘  要:目的 研究低发区食管癌流行特征及动态变化。方法 对河南省开封县 1988~ 2 0 0 3年食管癌死亡登记报告资料进行分析。结果 开封县食管癌年均死亡率 11.35 / 10万 ,中国标准人口调整死亡率 7.2 6 / 10万 ,世界标准人口调整死亡率为 12 .2 9/ 10万。开封县食管癌死亡率自 1988~ 2 0 0 3年均呈下降趋势 ,男、女性分别下降了2 8.5 6 %和 5 9.81%。结论 要完善开封县恶性肿瘤监测系统 ,开展食管癌防治对策研究 ,加强针对可疑病因预防知识的宣传 ,改变不良生活方式和行为习惯 ,降低食管癌的发病率和死亡率。Objective To investigate the esophageal cancer mortality and characteristic distribution and trends in Kaifeng county. Methods The esophageal cancer mortality was statistically analyzed using the data from registry reports died of malignant tumors in Kaifeng county from 1988~2003. Results The mortality from esophageal cancer in kaifeng was 11.35/100,000, the age-standarized mortality adjusted by Chinese standard population was 7.26/100,000 and the age-standarized mortality adjusted by world standard population was 12.29/100,000. The mortality in kaifeng declined for male and female about 28.56% and 59.81% separately from 1988 to 2003. Conclusion Esophageal cancer mortality in Kaifeng County is declining in past two decades. Dynamic surveillance and comprehensive prevention and control of esophageal cancer in Kaifeng county should be more strengthened.
