摘　　要：目的　探讨隐匿性抑郁症患者的自主神经功能状况 ,以确定此类患者的临床诊断指标。方法　对36例隐匿性抑郁症患者和 38例健康者进行了SSR检测 ,并将结果加以比较。结果　患病组SSR波潜伏期延长明显 ,波幅降低 ,与对照组相比差异具有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　SSR可判断隐匿性抑郁症患者的自主神经功能状况 ,对诊断和疗效观察有重要的评价价值。Objective To explore the nerve function of concealing depression patients,and ensure the diagnosis index of these patients.Methods Sympathetic skin response(SSR) test was conformed in 36 conceal depression patients and 38 healthy peoples,The results were compared in the two groups.Results The latency SSR of concealing depression is much longer and the amplitude of SSR with conceal depression was lower than that of the control group.A significant difference was noted as compared in the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion SSR might objectively evaluate the autonomic nerve function related to concealing depression patients,It might be of great value in clinical diagnosis and evaluating therapeutic effect of conceal depression patients.
