摘　　要：长期记录的数字脑电图中癫痫波的目测检查需消耗医师大量的精力和时间,在临床上有使用计算机辅助自动分析的需要。本文对已有的脑电癫痫波的检测方法进行了整理概述和分析,作为探寻适宜临床应用的癫痫波检测算法的基础。In traditional detection of epileptiform waves,long term EEG is viewed by naked eyes,which means a lot of time and energy consumed.Automatic detection of epileptiform waves is badly needed in clini cal diagnosis and prognosis.In this review,domestic and overseas related papers are gathered and analyzed to give a clear view of the up-to-date detection means of epileptiform waves.We hope it will do something help to the real detection work in clinical application.[
