摘　　要：研究了直接利用生产己二酸副产的混合二元酸制取过氧化丁二酸的工艺过程和操作条件 ;实验采用乙酸酐作脱水剂 ,由混合二元酸先制取丁二酸酐 ,再用过氧化氢氧化制得过氧化丁二酸 ;确定出了各步反应及其产物分离的工艺条件 ,丁二酸酐、过氧化丁二酸的收率和产品纯度均达 90 %以上。The process and operating conditions for preparing peroxysuccinic acid from the mixture of binary acids which was the by-product of preparing adipic acid were studied.Using acetic anhydride as dewater agent,the succinic anhydride was firstly prepared,and using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the peroxysuccinic acid was obtained.The optimum operating conditions for reaction and separation processes were established.Both yield and product purity of succinic anhydride and peroxysuccinic acid were more than 90%.
