摘 要:为探讨临界功率(简称CP)评价人体有氧能力的可靠性,以本省9名自行车运动员为研究对象,用逐级递增负荷法测其最大吸氧量(简称VO_2max),据4次力竭运动的负荷和对应的疲劳时间来推算CP的值。测定结果:VO_2max为4.542±0.272l/min,VO_2max/kg为58.87±4.947ml/min/kg,,CP为281.380±19.882W,CP与VO_2max相关显著(R=0.7422,P<0.05),而CP与VO_2max/kg的相关不显著。提示:CP可以用来衡量人体的有氧能力,CP所代表的有氧能力与体重无关。The thesis discusses the liability of critical power (CP) when evaluating human body's aerobic capacity based on the investigation of 9 bicycle athletes from the Henan Bicycle team. The VO_2 max was tested with incremental load by degree to calculate the CP according to the load of four times of exhausted exercises and the corresponding exhausted time. From the tested data, VO_2max being 4. 542±0. 2721/min, VO_2max/kg being 58. 87 ± 4. 947ml/min/kg, CP being 281. 380±19. 882w, we draw the conclusion that CP has remarkable correlation with VO_2max, but the correlation between CP and VO_2max/kg is not notable. Suggestion: CP can be used to evaluate the aerobic capacity of human body, but the aerobic capacity represented by CP has no correlation with weight.
