摘  要: 在关系复杂的诸多影响因素中,提出动力温度δt0概念,并且以此作为计算基本参数建立起绝热、平衡、线性汽化过程的推动力理论计算式.在深入分析沸腾室内实际汽化过程的不平衡、非线性和出口动能损失等影响后提出了有效推动力的计算式.该计算式物理概念明晰,可以指导蒸发器结构的合理设计.在此基础上,提出将各种影响系数和有关物性参数一并考虑的综合影响系数K的工程计算式,既便于试验研究,又便于工程设计.There have been no calculation methods of the driving force of natural cycle for evaporators design.The concept of power temperature is proposed from many factors of complex interrelationship and the theoretical calculating formula of the driving force is established based on that basic parameter for the adiabatic, equilibrium and linear vaporizing process. The correction calculating formula of the effective driving force is got after deeply analyzing the effect of disequilibria, nonlinear and kinetic energy loss in actual vaporizing process of the boiling chamber. This formula of clear physics concept can lead to the evaporator design of reasonable structure. On this base, the engineering calculating formula is given with the comprehensive effect coefficient K, which makes both experimental research and engineering design convenient.K considers a series of effect coefficients and relative parameters.
