摘　　要：双柱式举升机是一种汽车修理和保养单位常用的举升设备,广泛用于轿车等小型车的维修和保养。针对QJY04 02型普通双柱式举升机,分析了其主立柱的截面特性,并对主立柱的强刚度进行了校核验算,保证所设计的举升机满足使用要求。The auto lift with two-sided props is a kind of lifting equipment commonly used in repair and maintenance of vehicle. It is widely used to repair and maintain small-sized vehicles such as sedan. In accordance with the ordinary auto lift with two-sided props for QJY04-02 model, the cross section characteristics of auto lift's vertical prop are analyzed. At the same time, both of the strength and rigidity of auto lift's vertical prop are checked. The designed auto lift can be ensured to satisfy the application requirements.
