摘  要:弧焊过程的稳定性直接影响焊缝成型和焊接质量 ,研究弧焊过程稳定性的目的是通过焊接实验获得焊接稳定性及其稳定区域的描述方法。在CO2 弧焊短路过渡过程焊接电流、弧压对特征参数影响的大量焊接试验的基础上 ,通过对焊接规范不变情形下特征参数的稳定性及其稳定区域的分析 ,得到了焊接稳定性的描述方法。研究表明在焊接规范相同且弧焊过程稳定的状态下 ,CO2 弧焊熔滴短路过渡过程的特征参数是随机而分散的 。The stability of arc welding process has a direct effect on a welding seam and its welding quality. The main purpose of the stability analysis is to gain a describe method of the stability and its stabile areas for a welding process, in order to instruct the control of the CO_2 arc welding process. Based on the experiments of the influence of arc voltage and current to the frequency and other characteristic parameters of short-circuit droplet transition, the stability and its stabile areas of the characteristic parameters were studied under the invariable welding parameters, a describe method of the stability and its stabile areas was gained, and the stability and the scatter extent of arc welding process were analyzed. The results show that the characteristic parameters are stabile and random scattered under a stabile welding state and the same welding parameters, and there are some stabile and random scattered areas of the characteristic parameters when the welding voltage is changed and the welding current is fixed.
