摘　　要：在我国转型变革的过程中,“弃档”队伍的遂渐增大,引起了有关部门和人士的密切关注。应当根据人事档案管 理中存在的问题及产生的原因,改革人事档案的管理体制,实行“人档分离”和“终身”制的改革。During the course of reformation in our country, the amounts of people who abandon their files increase quickly. This has aroused general concern in related departments. According to the problems existed and its causes in personnel archives management, the reform of 'reparation of person and his files' and 'life tenure' svstem should be the tendency of personnel archives management.
