摘  要:以发色底物分解产色法检测了青心酮对培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞tPA和PAI活性的影响。结果显示青心酮具有调节PAI和tPA平衡的作用,由于对PAI的抑制作用明显强于对tPA的作用,PAI/tPA比值明显下降,此调节作用并呈现一定的量效关系。因此,DHAP改善器官如子宫胎盘的微循环可能与其调节血管内皮细胞PAI/tPA活性平衡的作用有关。he effect of DHAP on PAI and tPA activity of cultured humanumbilical vein endothelial cells has been investigated by special substrata decomposition method. The result demonstrated that DHAP play a role in resulating the balance of PAl and tPA activity. As the inhibitory effect of DHAP on PAl was stronger than that on tPA, the PAI/tPAshowed declining. Furthermore, the inhibitory effect was related to the dosage. Therefore, it was considered that improvement of uteroplacental microcirculation by DHAP might be related to its regulating effect on balance of PAI/tPAof vascular endothelial cells.
