百色地区494例正常人血清唾液酸水平测定及其对肿瘤诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：对百色地区４９４例正常人和７９例肿瘤患者进行血清唾液酸（ＳＡ）测定。正常参考值为１．４８±０．３２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，男女性别之间，成人与儿童之间差异无显著性，Ｐ＞０．０５。肿瘤患者ＳＡ水平为２．３２±０．３８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，与正常人比较，差异有显著性，Ｐ＜０．０１。血清ＳＡ与其肿瘤标志物联合检测对比，结果提示血清ＳＡ为较理想的有助于肿瘤诊断的生化指标。etermination of sialic acid(SA)in blood serum from 494 healthy personsand 79 patients with tumor were conducted.The normal reference value was1.48±0.32 mmol/L.There were no significant difference between male andfemale and between adults and children, p>0.05.SA level in patients with tu─mor was 2.32 ±0.38 mmol/L,comparing to the healthy ones.Blood serum SAand its label were tested combiningly. Results indicated that blood serum SAcan be the desired bioindicator to help diagnose tumor.
