摘　　要：客观评价湖南省投资环境对制定正确的区域经济政策、改善投资环境、发展经济、促进地区生产力水平的提高和外向化程度的升级、推动湖南省经济向更高、更深的层次发展具有深远的意义。就湖南省的投资环境进行分析评价 。This paper makes an objective evaluation on the profound significance of Hunan's investment environment to the working out of a correctreginal economic policy, to the improvement of the investment environment, to the development of economics, to the promotion of productive forces level and its escalation of the extension degree and to the promotion of the Hunan economics' further development The paper also puts forward some suggestions and measures on the improvement of the investment environment
