家兔附睾注射鱼肝油酸钠后的结构和功能影响

摘　　要：新西兰兔12只,分实验组8只和对照组4只,实验组经输精管向附睾方向注射鱼肝油酸钠Sodium morrhuate,SM)每侧0.3ml,术前及术后每周人工阴道采精,动态观察精浆中肉毒碱及α-糖苷酶的含量改变,一般于注射药物后一个月肉毒碱即下降至最低水平,以后8个月维持此水平;α-糖苷酶于注射药物后1个月也呈下降趋势,于3个月下降至最低水平,以后有恢复趋势。实验组分别于注射药物后4个月及9个月各处死动物4只,取其附睾作形态学研究,光镜下见附睾尾部静纤毛脱落、变短,上皮内可见淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞,附睾腔内可见退化脱落生精细胞及多核巨精子细胞;电镜下见附睾静纤毛脱落,高尔基体扩张,上述形态变化在注射药物后4个月尤为明显,实验结果提示,经输精管向附睾注射药物后可引起附睾结构与功能改变,从而影响精子在附睾的成熟及运动能力的获得。12 rabbits are divided into 8 experimental groups (8 rabbifs) which have received epididymal injectiop of Sodium Morrhuate (SM) 0.3 mL and control groups. (4 rabbits) Generally, the level of carnitine decreased to the lowest one month after injec-tion sustaining a relatively lower degree.The level of α-glucosidase tended to decrease one month after in-jection and decrease to the lowest level 3 months after in-jection, then tendedg to increase. After injection, sloughing and short(?)ning of stereocillia, the lymphocyte and macrophage can be seen in the epithelium under LM. sloughing of stereocilia and expending of Golgi complex can be found under EM.The results indica ted athefter injection of SM the change of epididymal structure and function can affect the sperm's maturation and the ability of mobility in the epididymis.
