摘  要:目的设计一种调节器,协助股骨带锁髓内钉远端锁孔定位。方法应用自制调节器协助带锁髓内钉远端锁孔定位治疗股骨干骨折56例,其中横断骨折18例,粉碎骨折15例,斜形和螺旋形骨折23例。结果所有患者随访7~25个月,平均14.3个月,其钻孔、交锁成功率达到100%。结论带锁髓内钉配合使用调节器,在应用时无需X线引导,操作简便、固定可靠、效果确切,尤为适于在基层医院推广。Objective To introduce a self-made adjustor which was designed to facilitate the positioning of the distal lockhole for the femoral i ntramedullary interlocking nail.Methods 56cases of femoral shaft fracture we re treated with the intramedullary int erlocking nail.They were 18transve rse fractures,15comminuted fractu res,and 23oblique and spiral fractures.The positioning of the distal lockhole was done under the assistance of the self-made adjustor.Results All the cases were followed up for 7to25months(averaging 14.3m).The success rate of drilling and interlocking was 100%.Conclusion The self-made adjustor is simple to u se and can facilitate the positioning of the distal lockhole f or the femoral intramedullary interlocking nail and make it unnecessary to use the X-ray guidance.[
