摘　　要：图书馆馆长的领导风格对馆员工作效率和工作的满意度都存在不同的影响。文章结合实际分析了五种不同的领导风格及其特点 。The leadership different styles of library's director can influence the work effectiveness and job satisfaction of librarians. With the practical work the author analyzes five leadership styles and their own characteristics and points that the director should be the manager with overall styles of leadership.
