论民族区域自治法对西藏社会发展与进步的重要作用

摘　　要：《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》自颁布实施以来,为西藏的社会发展与进步提供了强有力的法律保障。民族区域自治法在西藏自治区得到认真的贯彻和执行,保障西藏人民充分行使了各种自治权利,极大地推动了西藏经济社会的快速发展,使西藏在政治、经济、文化以及法制建设等方面取得了巨大成就,社会发展进入了历史上最好的时期,从而进一步完善了我国的民族区域自治制度。Since promulgation and practice of the Law of Regional Ethnic Autonomy of China, it has provided powerful lawful guarantee for the development and advancement of Tibetan society. The law of regional ethnic autonomy has gained earnest implementation in Tibet, which guarantees Tibetan people fully exercising all kinds of autonomous powers, and which greatly pushes forward the fast development of Tibetan economic society. Owing to that, Tibet has got tremendous achievement in politics, economy, culture, as well as construction of law, and the social development has entered the best age in history. Thus, the law has further perfected the system of regional ethnic autonomy in our country.
