摘　　要：　研究了循环图的性质,提出了计算多色Ramsey数下界的一种算法,得到了三色Ramsey数R(3,4,8)的下界:R(3,4,8)≥104.A method is put forward to establish the lower bound for the 3-color classical Ramsey numbers R(q\-1, q\-3, q\-3). With this method, the new explicit lower bound R(3,4,8)≥104 is obtained by using a computer.
