乳腺癌癌胚抗原与DNA含量及核面积关系的研究

摘　　要：采用免疫组织化学PAP法对20例乳腺癌的癌胚抗原进行检测,用免疫反应分值进行评估,并用图象分析仪进行癌细胞核的DNA含量和核面积的测定。结果显示,乳腺癌癌胚抗原的免疫反应分值与DNA含量呈正相关,而与核面积无关。The immunohistochemical technique (PAP method) was used to localize carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA); condition for CEA positivity was evaluated by immuno-reactive score (IRS); and image analysis system was used to measure the mean content of DNA and the mean nuclear area in 20 cases of primary breast carcinoma. The results showed, that IRS for CEA was positively correlated with the mean content of DNA (P<0.05), but there was no correlation between IRS for CEA and the mean nuclear area (P>0.05).
