摘 要:为了掌握护理人力成本使用现状,探索合理使用护理人力资源,提高护理成本回报率,该文采用问卷抽样调查本院5个临床科室各级护士日工作时间分布情况。结果发现,床边护理仅占全部工作时间的56.2%,在病房内的工作时间和职责内的工作时间分别占62.0%和83.6%,说明护理人力资源使用效度不高。为此,文章提议突出“以病人为中心的护理目标”、“减轻护理人员职责外工作负担”,“提高护理工作效率”等改进措施。A sampling survey was made by questionnaire to describe the distribution of nurses' working-hour daily in five clinic departments in this hospital. The objective is to master the situation of coct for nursing, to explore rational use of the nurse resources,and to increase the cost repay rate. The results demonstrates that bedside nursing occupied ouly 56. 2% of total working time, the working time in the ward is 62.0%, and the working time for duty is 83. 6%. It shows the inefficieocy of nursing work. Improving measures for nursing are suggested, focusing on patients, reducing operating beyond duty and increasing the efficiency of working-hour
