摘　　要：目的　探讨三维彩色血管能量成像 (3D- CPA)在鉴别乳腺肿块良、恶性中的作用。方法　对 30例乳腺肿块的患者术前 1周内行超声检查 ,记录其彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)及 3D- CPA的特点 ,与术后病理结果对照。结果　良、恶性肿块血流分布的差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ;良、恶性肿块的血流阻力指数(RI)的差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ;用 3D- CPA观察良、恶性肿块的血管形态有显著不同 ,血管内径的差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　用 3D- CPA有助于鉴别乳腺肿块的良恶性 ,可弥补 CDFI的不足。Objective Our purpose was to evaluate the application of three-dimensional color power angio (3D-CPA) in differential diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods Thirty cases with breast tumor were examined with color Doppler ultrasound and 3D-CPA one week before operation.The image features were recorded and compared with pathological results after operation.Results There were significantly statistical differences in blood distribution between benign and malignant tumors(P<0.01) and also in resistance index(RI).The vascular morphology was quite different in the benign and malignant.The vessel diameters of the malignant had statistically significant difference from the benign(P<0.01).Conclusions 3D-CPA is helpful to distinguish benignity from malignantcy of breast tumors,and can overcome the lack of CDFI.
