摘　　要：目的　探讨高强度聚焦超声 (high intensity focused ultrasound HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性和有效性 ,评价彩色多普勒能量图 (CDE)对 HIFU治疗的疗效判断。方法　选择 86例子宫肌瘤患者 ,观察 HIFU治疗前后肌瘤的超声回声、肌瘤大小及临床症状变化 ,用 CDE对治疗前后肌瘤内部血流灌注对比观察。结果　治疗后肌瘤内部回声增强 ,血流信号减少 ,肌瘤缩小 ,临床症状改善 ,无严重副作用。结论　 HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效。CDE可客观评估子宫肌瘤血流灌注状态 ,有效评价 HIFU治疗的疗效 ,作为治疗后疗效判断是一项较好的检测指标。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of hysteromyoma using corlor Dopple energy(CDE).Methods Eighty-six patients with hysteromyoma were treated with HIFU.The clinical symptoms and the size,inner echoes of the hysteromyoma before and after HIFU treatment were observed.The blood perfusion in the hysteromyoma was detected with CDE and was compared before and after the treatment.Results The echoes inside of the tumors were increased,The blood flow signals were decreased and the tumors became smaller.The clinical symptoms were improved.There were no obvious side-effects in all the cases.Conclusions The HIFU treatment for hysteromyoma is safe and effecitive.CDE can objectively demonstrated blood supplies of the tumors,which is a good method for evaluating treatment effect.
