森田疗法在神经症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的　观察森田疗法对神经症的治疗作用。方法　观察研究组 (使用系统森田治疗方法 )和对照组 (药物治疗组 ) 8周 ,用汉密顿焦虑量表 ( HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表 ( HAMD)评定临床疗效。结果　森田组和对照组疗效无明显差异 ,森田组服用抗抑郁药和抗焦虑药物剂量低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论　森田疗法对神经症有明显的治疗作用 ,并可减低抗抑郁和抗焦虑药物剂量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Morita therapy in the teatment of neurotics.Methods 21 patients with neurotics were randomly divided into Morita therapy group and control group .HAMA and HAMD were used to assess the effects before and 8 weeks after treatment .Results There were no significant difference between efficacy of the Morita therapy group and control group;the doses of antidepressive drug and antianxity drug were lower than that of control group(P< 0.05 ) in the Morita therapy group.Conclusion Morita therapy has significant effect on the treatment of neurotics,and can decrease the doses of antidepressive drug and antianxity drug.
