摘　　要：小额信贷在中国的扶贫工作中起了重要和不可替代的作用。但随着这项工程的进行,一些新的问题浮现出来并对小额贷款的进一步实施造成了一些障碍。这些问题包括贷款利率、贷款产品、从业人员的素质和贷款对象的选择。本文对其中比较普遍和重要的问题进行了总结,并根据国外的相关经验和对国内经济政策的理解提出了相应的对策。解决方案涉及利率的市场化、从业人员的培训、贷款产品的设计及发放以及风险的控制。Micro-finance is a very important and un-substituted measure in assisting the poverty.However,as the project was extended,some new problems were occurred,which have become the obstacle of the project.These problems include the interest,product,the quality of employee and customers.This paper will summarize the most important and popular issues in this project.Based on the experience of foreign countries and personal experience,the paper will provide a solution to these issues.The solution comprises float interest,training,product design and risk control.
