摘　　要：目的:介绍近年来生物基因工程技术及基因药物研究与应用进展。方法:阅读国外近年来相关的文献资料,结合相关的研究工作,进行整理分析和归纳。结果与结论:随着人类基因组计划的实施,基因组和后基因组研究将导致生物制药业产生重大变革,基因诊断、基因药物和基因治疗具有广阔的市场前景,对我国生物制药产业的发展会产生深远影响。Objective:To summarize the development in the research and appliance of bio-genetic engineering technique &genetic medicine.Methods:To analyze the data and make a conclusion through relative research and intensive review of the research papers on the genetic engineering published in recent years.Results and Conclusion:With the implement of Human Genome Project(HGP) and the research of genome &post genome,the industry of bio-medicine was greatly changed.The exploiting of genetic diagnosis,gene medicine,gene therapy are in possession of bright marketing prospect,and the appliance of bio-genetic medicine will make a profound influence on Chinese biopharmaceutical industry.
