摘　　要：分析了理工科院校社科学报的特点 ,进而提出要善于发掘这些特点中有利的一面 ,结合学校的学科优势、地域优势 ,创办特色栏目。同时还根据电子科技大学社科学报的定位 ,剖析了它的发展因素 。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of social journal in scientific colleges, the advantages in the characteristics should be dug out and characteristic items should be established by combining the predominance of colleges' subjects and area. According to the orientation of the social edition of journal of UESTC, its developmental factors and the key job in the future are analyzed.
