抗精神病药对血浆甲状腺激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :了解氯丙嗪、奎硫平及利培酮对甲状腺激素的影响。　方法 :对 82例女性初发精神分裂症患者在 3种药物治疗前、治疗 2周及 4周分别检测三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3 )、甲状腺素 (T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (FT3 )、游离甲状腺素 (FT4)的血浆水平 ,比较甲状腺激素水平。　结果 :3组在治疗 2周T4及FT4水平有显著差异 ;氯丙嗪组治疗 2周、4周T3 、FT3 水平显著下降 ;奎硫平组治疗 2周、4周T3 、FT3 、FT4水平显著增加。　结论 :氯丙嗪可致甲状腺激素水平下降 ,而奎硫平可能增加 。Objective:To investigate the effects of chlorpromazine,quetiapine and risperidone on the plasma levels of thyroid hormones. Method:Eighty-two patients with first-episode schizophrenia were tested plasma levels of thyroid hormones (T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4) before treatment and after 2,4-week treatment with three kinds of drugs respectively.The levels of thyroid hormones were compared among three groups. Results:There were significant differences in T 4 and FT 4 levels after 2-week treatment among three groups.In chlorpromazine group,the levels of T 3 and FT 3 decreased significantly at the end of 2nd,4th week,while the levels of T 3,FT 3,FT 4 in quetiapine group increased significantly. Conclusion:Both chlorpromazine and quetiapine might influence the levels of thyroid hormones,however,risperidone might not.
