摘　　要：讨论了第三方物流的概念和特点,用对立统一的哲学发展观分析了第三方物流产生的历史必然性,用认识和实践相统一的哲学关系分析了第三方物流发展的规律与特点。在对第三方物流产生和发展哲学分析的基础上,探讨了我国发展第三方物流时应注意的几个问题,为我国第三方物流的研究和实践提供科学的指导和帮助。Discussed the conception and characteristics of the third party logistics, and then analyzed detailed the historical inevitability of the third party logistics producing through the antinomy and unification standpoint in philosophy and the law and characteristics of the third party logistics development by the philosophical viewpoint of the cognition and practice. Based on above analysis, some problems were also discussed on developing of the third party logistics to provide scientific guidance about the research and practice of the third party logistics in China.
