摘　　要：随着物流管理的重要性日益突出，企业相应地需要建立物流管理部门，并选配专职物流经理，以提高企业运营效率，支持企业供应链管理战略性决策。Along with the increasing importance of logistics management, enterprises need set up logistics management department and select special logistics manager, so as to help enterprises improve operating efficiency, support the supplychain management and strategic decision--making.
