摘　　要：建筑是地理环境、历史文化的一面镜子。中国传统建筑与西方传统建筑在建筑材料与结构、建筑布局、装饰色彩、艺术风格、美学价值等方面存在着诸多差异。这些差异的形成可以从地理环境。Architecture is a mirror of geographical conditions and historical culture. There exist many differences between traditional Chinese architecture and Western architecture as far as the building materials, building structure, architectural distribution, decorative colors, artistic style and aesthetic value are concerned. By analyzing the geographical conditions, cultural conceptions …etc, this paper tends to provide us with some interesting causes and factors contributing to such kind of differences.
