摘　　要：我国对外经济贸易必须实行以进出口贸易为基础 ,商品、资金、技术、劳务合作与交流相互渗透 ,协调发展 ,外经贸、生产、科技、金融等部门共同参与的大经贸战略。它是一种体制转轨、企业转型 ,与国际规则对接的全方位。The broad economic trade strategy of foreign economic trade in China should be based in importing and exporting trade,cooperated and exchanged with commodity,capital technology labour service;meanwhile adjusting in foreign economic trade,producing,science technology and finance departments.It is a stereo,aspects foreign economic trade strategy of system shift and enterprise transformation and connection with international rules.
