摘 要:研究了以废纸为原料 ,以淀粉为粘合剂的发泡包装缓冲材料的制造工艺。淀粉糊化温度为 6 5℃ ,糊化时间 30min ,加入Na2 CO3 作为糊化剂和后来的发泡剂。废纸和淀粉糊混合后 ,先后加入柠檬酸和硼砂 ,分别作为Na2 CO3 的反应剂和淀粉的交联剂。各种物料的质量比 (对淀粉 )为 :废纸:淀粉 :碳酸钠 :柠檬酸 :硼砂 :水为 2 .3∶1.0∶0 .32∶0 .4 5∶0 .1∶10 .0。发泡的适宜工艺条件为 :纸屑纸毛质量比 1∶2 ,发泡温度 130℃ ,发泡时间 7h。所得包装缓冲材料的表观密度为 0 .2 g/cm3 左右 ,压缩强度大于 70 0KPa。The technology of making foaming buffer packaging material with wastepaper and starch was studied. The pasting temperature of starch is 65℃ and the time is 30 minutes. Sodium carbonate is the pasting agent and foaming agent. After wastepaper and starch are mixed,the citric acid and the borax are added in turn.They respectively were used as reactive agent for sodium carbonate and cross-linking agent for starch. The proper technology for foaming is that the mass ratio of scrap paper and lint is 1 ∶2 with foaming temperature of 130℃ and foaming time of 7 hours.The density of this buffer packaging material is about 0.2g/cm^3 and its compressed strength is above 700KPa.
