摘  要:以一种新方法直接合成了线型聚二氯磷腈 (PDCP) ;产物与苯酚钠及双酚A改性接枝后 ,分别与聚丙烯及尼龙 6共混 ,测试了其阻燃性能 ,结果发现 ,不同比例的PDCP衍生物对阻燃效果有比较明显的影响 ,其中尼龙 6和PDCP衍生物的共混材料基本达到阻燃要求 (氧指数 2 9 6% )Linear polyhalophosphazene(PDCP) was directly synthesized by a new methods and its best synthesis condition was found.After the graft modification with sodium phenolate and bisphenol A,the modified PDCP was then blended with PP and nylon 6,and the flame retardance of the blend was tested.It was found that different blending ratio of the ramification of PDCP had different effect on the flame retardance of the bllend.The flame retardance of nylon 6 and the ramification of PDCP had already fulfilled flame retardance requirement.
