摘　　要：目的　探讨前臂皮瓣联合腓骨肌瓣修复上颌骨大型缺损的效果。方法　 2 0 0 4年 3月 ,对 1例上颌骨恶性肿瘤的病例 ,行上颌骨次全切除术 ,应用前臂皮瓣联合腓骨肌瓣重建上颌骨 ,关闭口鼻腔。结果　术后伤口一期愈合 ,皮瓣成活 ,术后 3个月随访 ,面部外形满意 ,已能够进普食 ,进食时无食物从鼻腔返流 ,语音清晰。结论　应用前臂皮瓣联合腓骨肌瓣重建上颌骨缺损 ,使术后患者上颌骨外形和口腔咀嚼功能及语音恢复如初 ,令人满意 。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese flap combined with fibular flap restore the large maxillary defect. Methods March of 2004,one case of maxillary tumor had subtotal maxillectomy, to restore the maxilla by fibular flap, oral and nasal sounds were closed by Chinese flap. Results The wound healing was good after operation, all flaps were alive. With satisfactory form of nasal and oral cavity and could eat nomal food without nosal foods return and had a good speech quality after three months of operation. Conclusion To restore the maxillary defect by Chinese flap combined with fibular flap, it is a satisfactory recovery both in facial contour and function. It is recommended for popularization.
