新疆不同年代不同民族鼻咽癌分布变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨新疆地区鼻咽癌在不同年代不同民族间的变化。方法　将 4 0年间收治的 16 35例鼻咽癌病例 ,以 1984年为界 ,前 2 3年收治 5 83例 ,后 17年收治 10 5 2例 ,按维吾尔族、哈萨克族、回族、新疆籍汉族及 194 9年以后入疆的汉族 ,5个族 (组 )分别作前后不同时期的发病年龄 ,不同时间序列的就诊病例变化及民族差异作统计比较。结果　维、哈、回、及入疆汉族后 17年的平均发病年龄 ,比前 2 3年分别后延 6、4 9、5 3及 7 2年 ,具有统计学差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,新籍汉族无变化。就诊病例数维、哈、新汉及入疆汉族均上升 ,回族无变化。结论　新疆鼻咽癌 4 0年来 ,平均就诊年龄后延 5～ 7年 ,就诊病例逐年递增 ,维族是低发民族。Objective To explore the change of nasopharngeal cancer in Xinjiang.Methods All 1635 cases of nasopharngeal carcinoma were divided into two groups. The first group: 583 cases were treated before 1984, the second group :1052 cases were treated after 1984. According to nation,we divided all cases into four groups: Uygur, Kazak, Hui and Han. But Han groups included two parts, one group was the Han of original home in Xinjiang, another group was the Han who settled down Xinjiang after 1949. All cases were analyzed in different periods , different nation and different time's sequence. Results Compared with the cases before 1984, the average ages were prolonged 6、4.9、5.3 and 7.2 years, respectively, in Uygur ,Kazak ,Hui and Han who settled down Xinjiang after 1949. There was a significant difference (P<0.001).There was no significant difference in original Han in Xinjiang. No of cases increased, among all cases of Uygur, Kazak ,Han whose ancestral home were in Xinjiang and Han who came here after 1949 .There was no change in Hui.Conclusion The nasopharngeal carcinoma in Xinjiang were closely related to the time's sequence.The average ages that the patients went to see doctors postponed 5～7 years.As the time was elapsing, there was a growth about 0.8 time in cases who went to see doctors .Uygur have lower incidence.
